COE Complete Consulting Package
This consulting package includes four modules that align with COE's accreditation process. This approach allows your institution to commit to one objective and consulting fee at a time. You may cancel our services at any time without penalties. Each module focuses on one of the Licensed to Accredited Milestones and includes ten (10) Zoom training sessions:
1 - Aligning with COE Standards.
2 - Implementing Annual Evaluations.
3 - Issuing Your First Strategic Plan.
4 - Preparing the Accreditation Documents.​​​​​

COE Renewals
If you did a good job with the initial accreditation, your institution should be COE compliant, and preparing for COE renewal should be much easier than the first time. If your institution has undergone changes, such as a change of ownership or key personnel, the know-how from the initial accreditation experience may have been lost. It is of most importance that your new personnel receives the training, and alignment with COE standards is regained. We are here to help.
Change of Ownership, Adding Campuses, and Programs
Changes to your institution need approval by your state licensing office and The Council on Occupational Education. There are processes and application forms for almost everything. To name a few: change of ownership, change of location, adding programs, adding campuses, modifying programs, change of scope, name change, permanent closing, teach-out.
